Describe your company: Safebangle is a social enterprise based in Uganda with a mission to create a world that is free of violence in which women can live without fear by providing easy to use, affordable and trusted personal safety solutions.

What is your role in the company, and please list team members' names and their current role in the company: I am the CEO and co-founder in charge of business development. Messach Luminsa is the CTO in charge of product development. Saul Kabali is the COO in charge of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning.

Why did you apply to Race To Revenue? What are you hoping to get out of this experience? I applied to Race To Revenue to get a platform where I can de-risk SafeBangle in the shortest time possible under minimum cost. At the end of Race To Revenue, I expect to have paying customers in Uganda, and a minimum Viable Product ready for testing with Notre Dame University Students in the Fall semester.
