Why did you apply for the Commercialization Engine Internship? I was interested to learn about the commercialization process of new technologies.

What team are you working on? Technology Validation Team.

What project are you working on? I am working on a device for wireless communication and intradermal drug delivery method.

Describe your overall internship experience: I observed the commercialization process of new technologies. I learned different aspects of technologies that must be considered for commercialization and how those should be achieved in the lab setting. Overall, it was a very exciting experience to have a different perspective from a student or a research point of view.

What has been your biggest takeaway from the internship? It was great to be involved in developing new technologies, having conversations with inventors, and learning deeply about areas I have never explored before.
