Why did you apply for the Commercialization Engine Internship? I applied for the Commercialization Engine because I was interested in understanding how technologies fit within today's market, as I'm interested in technical product management!

What team are you working on? I am on the Risk Assessment Team.

What project are you working on? I've worked on a postpartum care model and an asset identification technology!

Describe your overall internship experience: The internship has been amazing because I was introduced to technologies I've never worked on before. I've also gotten to know what other teams do and have an idea of how the overall engine works.

What has been your biggest takeaway from the internship? I've gotten more exposure to real-life problems and applications of science and technology, and approaching them from multiple perspectives has been insightful so far! It's also been interesting to see how many of us come from different STEM fields yet manage to understand how innovation and research come together to form ideas.
