Describe your company:Edvancify aims to make learning fun for students! We aim to create interactive courses and content that will boost student engagement in an online classroom. We create live courses, fun animations, and coursebooks. We are now focused on helping UK GCSE students (40 exams in 2 months is rough). Tutors should have an impact and be able to help all students who need their help. This gives a platform to the most fun and engaging tutors to spread their love for their subject!

Why did you apply to Race To Revenue? What are you hoping to get out of this experience? I applied to Race to Revenue because it offers a unique chance to dive into entrepreneurship while being part of the inspiring IDEA center. I'm excited to gain hands-on experience, learn from mentors, and work in a dynamic team environment. My goal is to acquire practical knowledge of the startup landscape, develop lasting relationships, and use this experience as a launchpad for my entrepreneurial journey.

When is a time you failed forward? Failing forward describes my last two years. Imagine building a prototype for 6 months, showing it to the users, and no one wants it? 6 months down the drain. That was not pleasant but important. That taught me the importance of building a product for users. Since then anything I build is with user interviews, reviews, questions, and their input. I'm in the business of building solutions for clients, not a product based on my assumptions.

Where were you born? What is an interesting fact about your hometown? Born in Moscow, grew up in London. Interestingly, my school was founded by Elizabeth I (she died in 1603).

Would you rather go back in time or be transported to the future? Future! AI is scary right now for most people, but I've integrated it into my workflows and tasks. I am excited about the future and can't wait to see the automation that AI will bring!

Who is the fictional character you have the most in common with, and why? I'm pretty much a Tony Stark prototype without the swanky suit! Always innovating, tech-obsessed, and dreaming of my own Jarvis to handle my schedule. I'm glued to my work like Stark to his gadgets. I'm like a Stark without industrial explosions on a mission to build a better world with better businesses. I've got the 'fear of the unknown' trademark, though my dread is less about alien invasions and more about not seeing a monster energy drink in the Huddle! And if you're talking about sacrifices, I’m ready to face anything... well, as long as it doesn't involve snapping away half the universe, but staying up all night to finish a project? I'm your guy. You could say I'm the espresso-fueled, affordable version of Iron Man.

Fun fact about you: I have grey hair at age 20...

Lastly, what do you want to learn more about, relating to business development in general or your own company/venture specifically? I am eager to deepen my understanding of workflow automation, striving to elevate my expertise in the field. Furthermore, I want to hone my skills to rapidly prototype, execute rapidly, and test theories and concepts within hours. It's always beneficial to grasp the intricacies of the business world, especially the global trends and events that sway outcomes.
