Why did you apply to work for Race To Revenue? What are you hoping to get out of this experience? I applied to Race To Revenue to explore the possibility of being an entrepreneur. I hope to gain the knowledge and confidence to start my startup.

When is a time you failed forward? Upon graduating high school in 2019, I did not get into my dream college like I hoped I would. Therefore, I decided to attend community college due to financial reasons. I thought I was making a huge mistake. However, it was the best decision I could have ever made. I pushed myself outside my comfort zone to the max at community college. I became a leader, a researcher and made myself a standout student. Failing to go to my dream school out of high school and attending community college transformed me into a better student, leader, and, most importantly, person. A failure was the catalyst for my future academic success.

Where were you born? What is an interesting fact about your hometown? I was born in Morristown, NJ, but grew up in Ambato, Ecuador. George Washington lived in Morristown for a few weeks during the Revolutionary War.

Would you rather go back in time or be transported to the future? I would rather go back in time and fix my mistakes!

Who is the fictional character you have the most in common with, and why?  The character that I have most in common with is Neo from the Matrix series. Our similarities are our fascination for hacking/cybersecurity and our ability to never give up in the face of adversity.

Lastly, what do you want to learn more about, relating to business development in general or your own company/venture specifically? I would like to understand how one startup can obtain funding from venture capital firms.

Fun Fact about you: My twin sister and I have birthdays on different days!
