We are a manufacturer of infrared sensors built for the rigors of winter. FCS captures key environmental data (road & air temperature, humidity, dew point) and passes this critical information to cities, retailers, hospitals, universities and more. Our customers leverage this real-time data to enable safe passage for their consumers and in turn realize savings through efficient deployment of their winter maintenance assets--Primarily salt.
Key Advantages: Over the last 3 years and numerous hardware breakthroughs, Frost Control Systems has brought costs for this hardware and service down by over 80%. This has opened up the market for deployment on city streets. Previously this equipment and service was only seen on highways and airport runways.
