On Friday, October 16th David Hall, managing partner at Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund (a fund started by Steve Case, the former co-founder and CEO of AOL, that invests in entrepreneurs not based in Silicon Valley, Boston, and New York City) discussed how to build ecosystems of entrepreneurship in "flyover states" and how to ensure that the opportunity to launch a startup is extended fairly to all residents of the United States.
