I have a lot of experience in customer insights and testing really early business ideas.
Mid-way through Race to Revenue, what have you learned from the Racer(s) you are coaching? What has surprised you so far in your role as a coach?
I'm so impressed at how quickly the racers are able to apply techniques that have taken me years to learn.
