LLC and C-Corp Incorporation Workshop with Law Clinic

Calling all Notre Dame undergraduates and graduate students!

 

If you have wondered if you should make an LLC or a C-Corp, which state to incorporate in, or how to even go about it, this event is a good fit for you. 

The IDEA Center and The Law Clinic will be co-hosting a 1-hour, catered workshop entitled "Incorporation: understanding your options and identifying next steps towards creating a legal entity."

A member of Notre Dame's law clinic will be available to provide an overview of different legal entities and 30 minutes will be set aside for Q&A.
